We just wanted to tell you how pleased we were with the outcome of our claim. When we hit a deer two Sunday's ago, the front of our car was mashed pretty badly. We called ALLSTATE's 800 number and told them what had happened. Immediately your people went into action. We were provided with the number and location of a body shop and given a claim number.

We picked up the car a couple of hours ago and it looks great. In fact, we don't think it looked this good when we bought it new five years ago.
